ELMIDA Solutions is a small, owner-led firm, and that is deliberate. Your environment is handled by Joel Abraham, who founded the company, with a small team helping on administration and design.
There is no ticket queue and no rotating cast of technicians. The person who set up your systems is the person you talk to, which means nobody has to learn your firm from scratch every time something comes up.
What we run on
We are a Microsoft Partner and an HP Partner, and we source workstations and hardware from HP and Dell. Security and infrastructure run on platforms we work with every day, including Todyl, which provides the continuous monitoring behind our security service, along with Fortinet, Check Point, Ubiquiti, Synology, CodeTwo and RingCentral.
Where we work
We are based in Brooklyn and serve firms across Manhattan and all five boroughs. We come on site when it matters, for installations, hardware and anything that goes better in person, and work remotely when that is faster for you.
